It is at any rate certain that the sections of Mr. Oates on the Fauna, of Captain Gage on the Flora, of Mr. Bruce on the Forests, of Mr. Richard on Means of Transport, and of Mr. Mariano on Music, could only be excelled by those who might have larger space allowed to them, and by very few even then.
