The gilt is bright and the boards are clean with just very slight marks from handling. Head and tail of spine slightly creased. Lower corner tips slightly creased. Production crease the fore-edge of the back board. Top edge of page block lightly foxed. Internally also very good with no inscriptions. However, please note that there is significant production creasing affecting the top corner areas of pp.35-95 [please see scans] Pages clean with no foxing. Pale grey Hutchinson logo decorative front and rear endpapers. There is a very slight reading lean, but the spine is tight. ***In a near fine attractive wraparound colour-illustrated dustwrapper, that has not been price-clipped, retaining the original publisher's printed price of £11.95 net. Slight creasing to the head and tail of the spine. Very small loss and rubbing to the top corners of the dustwrapper. No chips or tears.
