It necessitates making a continual search for right ways and best ways, studying to fathom motives and causes. Both the good and the evil they observe in the conduct of those around them are readily reflected in their own behavior, so that with the small child nearly every fault is at first a borrowed one. A single occurrence may not greatly affect the child unless it be something of such an unusual character as to merit his special attention, and because of this, becomes emphasized upon his mind; but the constant recurrence in his presence of a good thing or of an evil thing. . .
