All the characters are true to name and life, except Soo Thah, whose real name was Soo Yah. This change has been made in order that certain incidents in the story might be added to his life to complete a true picture. The aim of the story is to give a photographic view of the daily life of the heathen Hillmen ..., This is a true story.
