But assuming the entail not to have been barred by a recovery, if his title has accrued only within 20 years, (a) 4 Ann. , c. 16, s. 4. 1825. COWne v. Douglas and another. the lapse of a hundred years from the creation of the mortgage would be no answer to his claim. I think the course suggested the proper course.
