He died April 6, 1912, at Kalamazoo, Mich. Enlisting in the Navy, at the age of nineteen, he served three years on the Brandywine and Congress. After his discharge he joined his parents at South Sodus, N. Y. ; and in 1854, removed with them, and his brothers, to Michigan. As a member of Co.
